Our custom design process typically takes 6 weeks to complete:
1. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated completion date.
2. In the first week, you will need to share your vision and a summary of your design requests. This can be done over email, phone call, zoom chat or studio appointment with Hiria. 
3. During weeks 2-3, we will create a preliminary design concept for your approval. Your feedback is valuable in ensuring the final product meets your standards.
4. Once you approve the design in week 4, we will begin crafting your custom Korowai, a process that usually takes 1-2 weeks.
5. After 6 weeks, your custom Korowai by Hiria will be complete, blessed, and ready to ship.

From start to finish, we guarantee a collaborative and satisfying experience. Utilizing only the finest materials and traditional techniques, our skilled artisans will produce a remarkable Korowai. Regular updates will keep you well-informed on the progress and final result.
