Need an order ASAP? Left things to the last minute? Have plans changed for your family event? We are here to help. Add this "Urgent Order Fee" to cart and we will be able to have this put into production as a priority order. Please note that our standard turnaround time is 10 business days per order.
Terms and Conditions;
All orders placed before 2pm on Weekdays will be completed and ready for collection or despatch in 2 business days.
All orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and throughout the weekend will be actioned first thing Monday morning when we return back to the studio.
All online orders will be despatched after 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note that all national orders will take 1-3 business days from being despatched from our studio. All international orders will take 2-6 business days from being despatched from our studio.
Please note that we will not be able to apply the urgent order fee to any custom designs.

Materials
The materials used and sourced for our contemporary designs are as follows:
Lining: Black polycotton blend
Feathers: Our contemporary korowai designs include a variety of colored craft feathers for fashion industry clothing and costumes, particularly hen and rooster coque feathers.
Bands: Our contemporary korowai designs include machine made taniko bands made locally in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Your order will be despatched in around 10 business days from the date of purchase. Check the product description for more precise production timelines.
We opt for these courier companies to deliver your order safely. NZ: NZ Courier and/or NZ Post Australia: Auspost International: TBA per country
You'll receive your tracking information via email once your order has been processed.
Our delivery window: Expect your order in 1-3 business days within NZ and 2-6 business days for international orders.
Your order will include a free Korowai keepsake box to protect it during shipping and in storage.
Our Shipping costs vary by country. Please verify prices at checkout for more accurate calculations. NZ shipping costs range from $15-$30.00. International shipping costs range from $35.00-$60.00.
Our delivery instructions are carefully monitored and will be left at the door. However, do note that every courier carrier, region, and country may have their own specific conditions.
