Kia Ora! My name is Hiria Aorangi. I'm of Ngāti Hine / Ngāti Kuri decent and my mission is to empower others to stand in their Mana through Korowaitanga.

Korowaitanga is the ceremony of being cloaked in a Kākahu (cloak) Māori at a special occassion such as a birthday, graduation, weddings, mokopapa amongst many significant other events.

I offer a free 30 minute no-obligation design consultation service for you to tell me more about you, your whanau, your hopes and desires.

We kindly offer a home based studio where all our designs are created by Hiria and her whānau. Together they use both contemporary and traditional methods and materials to create beautiful Māori kākahu designs for families all around the world. 

Design Studio is located at 1 Lumber Rise, Swanson, Auckland. Off street parking is available.
